Bancroft-Minden
In 2014-2015 harvesting will be ongoing on the east side of Harris Bay. This is a mix of clearcut, shelterwood and selection cutting. Crown land south of Kamaniskeg and west of Craigmont off Highway 517 will see selection and shelterwood harvesting.

Ottawa-Valley
The map below illustrates forestry activities occurring near Kamaniskeg Lake during 2014-2015.
We have not noticed any road building into Gun Lake occurring as previously scheduled but this year the forest north of Gun Lake is scheduled for harvest so expect to see harvesting and other activities in that area. A small harvest area at the end of Lehovitch Rd. is still on the schedule. There will be maintenance operations taking place on previously harvested areas between Wolf Lake and McMaster Lake.
