KAPOA Poker Run Registration 2026
Don’t delay, register now at the above link for the KAPOA Kamaniskeg Lake Poker Run to raise funds for crucial medical equipment required by the St. Francis Memorial Hospital in Barry’s Bay, Ontario. This year’s event has a set goal of $25,000 which will help to go towards the cost of a new x-ray machine valued at $450,000.
The Poker Run will be held on Saturday July 25, 2026 starting at the Barry’s Bay boat launch at 10:00 a.m. and finishing at Hinterland Beach at 4:00 p.m. The After Run Party will feature a luncheon, popcorn machine, slushie machine, rock painting and bubbles which are all included in your entry fee of $200 per boat. Prizes will be awarded for the 3 best poker hands (1st prize-$500; 2nd prize $300 and 3rd prize $250) as well as for best decorated boats and docks. Whether you attend in person, enter a virtual boat, or make a donation to this worthwhile cause, you will be eligible for a tax receipt issued by the Foundation.
